Slot & Wedge Bolt
HOW TO WORK:
At one end ,Tightlok Slot & Wedge Bolt is forged a cross slot and inserted into a steel wedge,the other end is compatible with plate, washer and nut. After drilling a hole and inserting steel wedge into the cross slot, drive and rotate the threadbar to ensure the wedge contacts with the surface of hole end , then impact the external end of the bar by drilling machine, the steel wedge will expand the slot ,which produces a large anchoring force between rock and bolt .
FEATURE:
(1) Slot & Wedge device offers a good point anchorage.2) Used together with cement cartridge for permanent support.(3) Sharp Wedge can break the cement cartridge easily and speed up the installation.(4) Spherical washer provides up to 180 angle of tile. This'user friendly'rounded corner can greatly increase the bearing capacity of the plate at the bevel of rock.
